Fly past your friends and family using the boost power up

Using this power up gives you a burst of speed for a few seconds. Used at the right time, the Boost can give you just the edge you need climb a few positions in the race.

Trap the track with mines

Tactically lay mines to stop your friends and family in their tracks

Using this power up will place a mine on the track. If the people behind you in the race do not manage to avoid your mine, then you will secure the upper hand.

Be careful though, you can run into your own mine if no one else hits it!

Lock on with the missile

Lock on and lock down your friends and family with the missile

Timing is critical to master the use of the missile power up. The display will notify you when you are locked onto another kart. Hit the power up button to fire the missile and slow them to a crawl while you speed past.

If you use the missile at the wrong time, it can miss, so make sure not to waste it!

Engage The Hyperdrive 

The Hyperdrive power up is the rarest of the power ups, and for good reason

This power up can take you from the back of the race into the running for first in a matter of seconds. Activating it will not only slow everyone in front of you down, it will also speed you up.

You will only get this power up if you’re behind in the race. Just make sure you use it when no one is about to hit you with a mine or a missile, or it will be wasted!
