Terms and Conditions:
- Fees: Membership fees are due upfront and are non-refundable. Monthly membership is billed at $50 per month. The annual membership provides a discounted rate of $400 per year.
- Race Access: Membership grants discounted rates for an unlimited number of races per day, subject to track availability.
- Merchandise: Promotional merchandise is available while supplies last and may be subject to delivery delays.
- Upgrades: Additional fees for kart upgrades are required per race and must be paid at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled at any time; however, fees are non-refundable.
- Changes to Terms: Hyperdrive Kart Racing reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Referral Program Terms:
- Eligibility: Only active members of the Racing Royalty Membership are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referral Rewards: Both the referrer and the referred new member will receive bonus points or credits towards races, as specified at the time of the referral.
- Limitations: Referral bonuses are capped at a certain number per month. Additional referrals beyond this limit in any given month will not accrue additional rewards.
- Conditions: Rewards are only granted after the referred member has signed up and paid for their first month of membership.
